Privacy policy
The controller for data processing on this website is Prince Properties Pattaya Co., Ltd. (contact: see imprint).
1. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and embeds no third-party content (fonts, maps, videos).
2. Server log files
When you visit this website, our web server automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and referrer URL. This data is technically required to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted automatically after a short period. It is not merged with other data.
The website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), located in Singapore.
3. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details (e-mail address, message content) to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duties apply.
4. Enquiry form
On our contact pages and property listings you can send us an enquiry using a form. We process the data you enter (name, e-mail address and/or phone number, your message, the property concerned and the selected language) as well as the time of the enquiry.
The purpose is to handle your enquiry and to prepare a purchase, rental or management agreement (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR); in addition, the basis is your consent given when submitting (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future. The data is stored in our customer management system on our own server (Hetzner, Singapore location) and is not passed on to third parties. To prevent automated spam, your IP address is briefly checked in memory but not stored.
We delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duties apply – at the latest two years after the last contact if no contract was concluded.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your stored personal data as well as to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact the address given in the imprint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
